We can see God in heaven when we die, if you have trusted Christ as your Saviour and Lord. At present, in our physical life, we can't,
or we must die. Nobody can see God and live. That is the reason why God told Moses to turn back and feel the glory of God instead of seeing Him face to face when Moses requested to see Him.
