Let['s talk about us women. I am not a feminists but I hate to hear discriminations and injustices against women just because we happen to be WOMEN. In these modern times, don't you think discrimination against and undermining of women capabilities still exist? In my line of job, which I choose to keep in secret,I have to work extra extra extra hard to gain the approval of the authorities and convince them to let me in the job. Because my job happens to be a man's world, that just means I have to be the one to adjust to all the regulations and traditions that comes with it because i, as what my top boss told me, am a woman. The harder work lies on me. That's not what's offending for me. What hurts is the fact that women fall to the bottom part of the list of those qualified for the job when in fact, there are several departments and positions which a woman could do best.Plus, positions that doesn't even require brawns usually end up with the men in my job because the still doubt a woman's worth. It hurts to realize that no matter how hard you work for the job that you chose, no matter how much heart and mind you've put into it, no matter how great your sacrifices are, it's the men that mostly get credited for while out efforts are only worth a few nice words written on a piece of paper. What I was hoping for was a recognition that a woman, did better that a man at leastin that line of job.

If we say that women have the same rights we are kidding our selfs. My sister works in a factory where both men and women work the same job. All duties are the same but women get 30% less pay. And its not just there it goes on all levels. And also once you have kids it is harder to get back to work and hard to keep it.

That's right! Women are always put on the less advanteged spots. In my job where your duty should come first before yourpersonal life, women don't survive for long. We end up having to give it all up because of the family and reasons that we could no longer function just as effectively as before. But you sister's company really sucks!! Sorry for the word but I really think that's very unfair and another form of injustice against women. Why do the women there get less that the men do?

I have no idea but that is the way it is in that industry if you dont like it go sort of thing. When I wanted to go back to work in the disability care industry I was told to come back 100% if I dont want to commit 100% then dont bother. How can I say I can come 100% commited when I have a small disabled boy my self. Yes I worked 48 hours strate before i had him but they cant expect me to do that now.

What about the discrimination towards MEN? For the record, I can multi task, I have never cheated on anyone, I don't leave the seat up, and I do have a sensitive side. :)

We should open our eyes and think.. it is a part of our nature as woman to be discriminate... even though they say that there is no discrimination... the fact is, it is still remain and will be here forever because women itself also think that they are under
