How do you think of study abroad?

I have been thinking about study abroad recently. But I am a little confused about it. So I want to know how do you think about it. Now I am studying for my Master degree in China, and I am major in Public Policy. I found I was more interested in Human Resource Mangament. Iwant to go abroad. But I havn't finish the TOEFL and GMAT. There is no much time to finish the exam. I'm so worry about it.

It is a good idea. It has both advantage sand disadvantages.
1. Advantages: (depending on what level your country is and to what level you are goiing - I mean technology wise, teaching wise etc.
(a) International Exposure
(b) Better placement opportunity
(c) devotion of more time to studies
(d) Acquisition of better skills
(2) Disadvantages
(a) Expensive
(b) Home sickness
(c) Language problem
(d) Lonliness
(d) Fear of Failure to perform
