Blog not showing in Google

My friend have a blog called helplessmoney.blogspot.com. She is facing a problem. The blog is almost one month old. But google seems did not index the blog still. What may be the problem. Anybody can help please??? Even when i type down the whole url the result is not showing. I am really very confused.
