Have you ever seen the Cross come to life?

Our church did something so awesome on Easter. They constructed a cross that was about 8 and half feet tall, covered it with chicken wire. After preaching the story of the resurection, our pastor called us all up to bring life to the cross, by putting flowers all over it. It was so awesome. Little by little, new life. Have you experienced this done?

No I haven't. I have been to a couple of Passion plays but they didn't do anything like that. It sounds pretty neat. I wish we would do a Passion play, Christmas play, or something like that at our church but we never do.

The plays sound wonderful. It is hard to get people to committ to things like this because so much is going on in every avenue of our lives, specially if with children in school. Pray about it and subtley put the idea out. Sounds like you have the passion for this. Make it happen if you feel stongly about it.

I have never seen or heard about it but it does sound awesome. I think I will suggest it to my Pastor friend of mine.

A friend told me they did that in their church also this year. I have to say it was an experience watching it fill up. The true meaning of new life. Blessings
