I know I stay drinking bottled water. For one it is more healthier than drinking that tap water. The tap water has so many chemicals. But either one is better than drinking the sodas. Because we all know that water is a great drink that we need to quench our thirst and to keep us hydrated.

Actually, did you know that many bottled waters are poured strait from the tap without any filtering at all? So you really are not loosing those chemicals. All the water has now is a brand name and a price. I do agree with you though that it's still healthier than sodas and everything else that we could be drinking out there. I prefer water over many drinks out there. But I just bought a Brita water filter and the water is amazing from it!

Yea I drink alot of bottled water. But it is usually water that I have poured from the tap into the bottle. LOL I drink it from the bottle more for convienence than thinking that it is actually better. But you are right water if very good for us.

Depending on where you are living, tap water can be actually really good. It also depends on the tanks of your apartment and how they clean it. The problem with bottled water is that half of them are actually filtered tap water. The others, the ones that are actually mineral, can be really good but they have lots of salts. If you are young and healthy, that may not be a problem but some people have kidney problems or high blood pressure and mineral water is not recommended for them. I personally only drink mineral water but I've already had some kidney problems so I'm trying to include fresh fruit juice in my diet. Sodas: forget about them!

I definitely agree with you that drinking water is good for our health. Yes, my mom taught me that it is good to drink bottled water than tap water. And you know what, aside from being hydrated, it makes the skin glows when you drink a lot of water. I have heard that water therapy is also good. It's summer in our country, more water, the better.

O yea you are so right about that. I guess it is our jobs to tell these younger ones to get off the sodas. The sodas really bring the acne and bumps you know.

Something you may not have known about bottled water. Its not too much healthier than tap water for real. The only regulations to make bottled water are (1) Clean Plastic Container, (2) Clean, clasping lid, and (3) It has to be at least the same quality of the tap water of the source it is claiming. Bottled water companies want you to think that their water comes out of some pure mountain stream, but in reality its nothing but the tap water from wherever they are run through a fancy filter. If you were to test bottled water against the tap water from where its from, you would see that there isn't too much difference. Sorry to burst your bubble Des.
