This site gives you points for taking surveys. After you achieve a certain amount of points you are eligible for rewards (I use for Christmas presents) Or you can also select the money option. I do not believe you need paypal, or anything like that.
I like it, because they send you a new survey about once a week. You can also select to receive surveys in the mail. I have only done this once, but they pay more points.
If you are interested click on this link. Like Mylot, I receive points for my referrals.

I have been paid a couple of times for taking surveys by one site but have also been ripped off by others so i guess you have to know what your doing when selling all that personal information

I like that site! I'm a member of quite a few, all give points or cash. I did Greenfield for awhile but all they give is sweepstakes entries.
Have you found My Two Cents? They pay cash! And Mindfield Online is good, too. I got about $30 last month doing surveys!

Its pretty easy. When you sign up before you do you first survey, you give them all of your information. So when you get enough points for the item you want, you just select it, and they sent it too you.
They are pretty simple surveys, like about your pets, your technology services at your house, and stuff like that.
