i cant believe this HELP

I have a good friend of mine that just moved in. He moved in cause he is going through a divorce. The problem is simple he hasnt filed yet and neither has she well he asks me for all kinds of advice on this so now i am going to get advice from here. Real simple he has been married for 20 years he is 40, hell he never had a chance well he has cheated on her 9 times in the last ten years so here is the thing he wants to live life now i dont know what to say to him hell he is dating a 62 year old and she is not RICH so help me out with some advice because i cant keep repeating myself

Tell him to file for the divorce. The only thing that he is doing is hurting her and causing himself a ton of stress. He needs to go live his life if that is hat he wants, Heck he has been trying to for the last ten years he needs to left her off the hook so that she can move on too.
