Tips to avoid insomnia.

Have less calorie food in the nights that too at least 2 hrs before going to bed.Don't drink coffee or tea in the nights.Instead of that if u have a cup of warm milk it helps u for good sleep.Have awarm water bath before going to bed.Switch off t.v & computer atleast 1 hr before going to bed .Try to sleep daily at the same time.Before going to bed try to read some interesting books.Try these n get good results. All the best.

Yeah my snacks after 9pm are always less than 200 calories and that alone helps me get tired. I suffer from insomnia as it is and have to take sleeping pills to sleep. But even then if I eat something heavy late at night, even with the pills I cannot sleep well. And reading is a good thing to do before sleep, it will get you tired enough.

There are many reasons why a person has insomnia. And for all that list you mentioned. Some have worked for people where others have not. I for one none of that works for me. I'm an insomniac because of a back injury. The pain is too great to sleep. And when you are in pain you don't sleep all that well or not at all. You are never fully rested. You never feel great in the morning. So for you to say try these and get good results is just in your opinion as it won't work for everyone.
