As the King so are the subjects

King who rules a country/kingdom should set an example of great qualities of human being besides a great warrior. He should follow the path of virtue and wisdom and work for the welfare of his subject (people). He should love his subjects and indulge in doing good deeds. If the King is lazy, lethargic, irresponsible, womaniser, cruel, then his people tread the path of the king and that Kingdom falls like feathers. This is applicable to present day politicians, since not many Kings are there and not many Kings are ruling in today'w world. Do you have a good/bad politicians? befitting the above discussion?

This statement is applicable to the present day politicians who make right or wrong decisions, mostly to meet their personal ends. It can be said, the health and well being of the people in society depends on the leaders and the government, their behaviour, their policies, their actions which will have a direct bearing on the society.

yes it is so true... also as said in the corporate world... good leaders can definitely make a good team. A leader always sets an example before his followers...

i think u r absolutely rite, i can suggest u example of India only, We r having A.P.J. kalaam as our president,& he's enthusiastic,genius ,energetic at his work, it creats a great impression on the people & they try to become like him

You have cited a wonderful example to explain how the top people can set an example to entire country by being honest, upright, genuinely interested in development of economy, with particular stress on science. APJ is extraordinary.
