What do you prefer? Linux or Windows

i would prefer windows its more popular and most windows operating systems look better.

Linux is better for servers, Windows for home. :)

Windows = Friendly user, easy to use, owns pretty much every software out there but sometimes full of annoyence

I am using both linux and windows since long. windows is always a better option for normal users due to it's user friendliness but on the other hand linux is perfect for developers. not only that , linux is much more secure , customizable and most of the distributions are completely free. chances of virus attack is also pretty less in linux.

I use both Linux and Windows. If you are a gamer or use lots of commercial software, then stick with Windows. If you are not knowledgeable or comfortable with using computers, then stick to Windows. Otherwise Linux OSes are powerful and secure and I recommend to others to try one out.

I prefer windows because it is common and easy to use.
