Many schools insist that children should have work and play. Always doing only one thing makes any body tired. People should spare sometime for recreation like sports, diversion from routine, physical exercise. This can also be interpreted as WORK WHILE WORK AND PLAY WHILE PLAY.
Mylotees may respond to their by expressing their experiences.

It doesn't mean when you play, you are just playing! It means a person must have time for work and play. Playing is a therapy and it helps a lot to a person's physical enhancement. You can combine work with play! While playing you are working!

It is usually referred to people who concentrate on work and ignore the relaxation techniques. Hardwork is important but one should not be workoholics. People need to relax after 2 or 3 hours of work and in the evening they should relax in a park, at home etc. That will help them to recharge their energy.
