So I finally watched this movie..I actually JUST finished watching it about 30 mins ago or so...I have to say that I REALLY REALLY enjoyed it..For many ppl, particularly ones OUTSIDE the dancers/strippers world, it may seem like a slow boring flick which is understandable...For me however..I saw so much REAL LIFE in it from back in my dancing days..I KNEW ppl like Angel, Jessie, Jo, Nico, Jasmine and so on...I KNEW ppl who experienced many of the things the girls in the movie did including myself actually! AND another thing that I found totally impressive was the fact that it was an improv movie...the directer told the cast the name of the movie and the setting (a stripclub) and they had to come up with the rest....All in all I think it was fabulous! and far more true to life than dumb movies like Striptease and Showgirls etc.... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0217355/ Anyone else seen it or familiar with it?
