Do you think that people value marriage the same way they used to? If not, why do you think that is? How do you value marriage? Do you think that your relationship is different if you are married or not? Do you think that marriage is important?

I value my marriage very much. I believe, it is an institution, which must be strictly adhered to and relationship between partners should be preserved at all cost. Marriage binds you together, it brings you joy of rearing up and bringing up kids. It tells you how to share your joys and sorrows with your partner. How to look after your kids and partner. Without marriage, life is incomplete, the one who does not get marry, misses many important things in his life.

Yeah now-a-days ppl r not taking marriage as they once used to, its like they r more likely 2 get divorced. But if divorce is the thing, with or without marriage things are gonna go. I value marriage a lot, i have been married for almost 4 yrs and have a lovely son, we had known each other almost 5 yrs b4 our marriage and with this bond, i just feel more secure, responsible and commited as well. Well if most of the marriages r ending in divorce, then so r most of the live-ins.

Sweetheart I am not sure what you mean by value. My husband and I are now working into our 28th year, yes I say working. There were a few times I would not have given you a dime for our marriage it was that bad. But fortitude, love love and work OMG the work that goes into a marriage. I am often surprised when I think about how long we have been together. Who would have thunk it? Its been a fight and a labor, one of love, I look at my husband some days and think about that young man I fell in love with, how handsome and sexy he was.... I see an older Gent now that looks something like my young fella, and I do not see the years. I love him so much. I love him more then I did 29 years ago. Then like a bat out of hell I am praying for the end of time! Sometimes in the same thought! if that is Value then it is what it is.

yes, according to me marriage is important. I value marriage. I think marriage has commitment which helps in maintaining the relationship in batter way. I think there should be someone in life with whom you can share your life, you have someone to help you in every situation and that someone should be very trustful towards you. I think the relationship like marriage are made on this trust. In short one should get married in life.

I don't really know WHY marriage isn't being taken as seriously as it used to be. Things have obviously changed because the divorce rate has went up. It's so easy to get married and that's one of the reasons I think it fails so easily. People really don't know what they're getting into when they say I do. Marriage is very important - it is a form of commitment and should be taken as such. I was with my husband for almost 5 years before we got married and we had two children together during that time. We got married almost 2 weeks ago. Things have been so much better between us. We also found out recently that we're expecting our 3rd baby in December. March has been an exciting month for our family.
