My parents say that to me every night,no matter where I am, they insist on doing that.I think it has become a habit for us,but I still feel so warm, expecially when I was not at home. So, how often do you say that to your family members?

I tell my children I love them a hundred times a day. I tell my daycare children I love them several times a day. Every time I talk to my husband on the telephone I tell him I love him. I think that is one statement that you cannot say too often. You never know when it will be your last chance to tell someone that you love them.

I have never say this to my family member except my boyfriend.I feel a little shy to say this to my family and when they heard it they also feel shy. We usually express this love via action such as doing a noce food, phone often etc. I think that is different because of the culture. In china we usually express love in indirect way.

Oh no... :( i guess we are not very vocal at home of what we feel so we do not say i love yous to each other very often. Maybe most chinese families are like this. We are just not very open in saying what we feel to our family members.

I am with your parents, I tell my children I love them everyday and night and I talk to my mom everyday and our last words are always I love you. I think it is a very good "habit" to get into, what if you didnt say it and something bad happened, I would feel awful that they hadnt heard I love you form me

In our family we tell eachother we love eachother all the time. When we are on the phone, or before we go to bed. I tell my boyfriend that I love him more than once a day though, because well, I love him very much. He does the same with me too. We live with my immediate family, and they even tell him that they love him, which is great, because he's wonderful. They consider him one of the family, which makes me feel great.

My father use to say i love You all the time but my mother has never really been that type of person, I may have heard it from her 2 or 3 times in 28yrs. I tell my kids as often as possible I love them and they do the same with my husband and I! Some times there will be quiet and you'll hear "mommie, I love you!" it melts your heart! My husband and I say I love you every once in a while but not often and I don't seak to the rest of my side of the family. His family says it alot!

I make it a point to say it at LEAST once a day, sometimes more. You never know when and if you're going to see that person again. It's very important to let them know how you feel about them. My daughters are still very young but it doesn't stop me from saying "I love you" every morning and night. :-)
