Are women ever going to be treated as equal to men in the workplace?

Women are equal to men in all but testosterone and possibly upper body strength...so why are they continually treated as second class citizens?Lip service is given to women in society and on the job, but are they really treated the same?Women, if bold enough to take a job in a traditional'men's field' are subjected to ridicule and harrassment. If they complain, they are told "Well, you wanted to be here, this is the way guys act with eachother."Excuse me. You wouldn't soak a tampon in ketchup and set it on a male coworkers chair. You wouldn't grab at his chest or crotch. You wouldn't corner him in the storage room and ask him to give you a 'favor' to keep his job - or at least, I'm assuming you wouldn't. But this is standard operating procedure in many male dominated workplaces. Women are persistently treated as meat on the hoof despite all supposed reforms. Until men are held accountable for their actions, they will never see the need to treat women as equals.

i believe women are never gonna be viewed as equal to men, because men think they are just so superior to every women regardless of what they do.i use to stock third shift and that would intimidate men because they think women are suppose to be at home with the kids asleep in bed at ccertain times and things.but i would like to hear more of your thoughts on this subject if u dont mind sharing them with me
