Which OPRAH BOOK CLUB pick really let an impression on you??

I have to say that it was Wally Lamb's "I Know This Much Is True", while I hardly read that much fiction this is definately the one that left an impression on me. It's about twin brothers, one schizoprenic and his brother hates what this illness does to his brother, hates his brother sometimes but his need to protect his brother (because he was powerless growing up with their abusive father and mother who was a victim). Also his struggle to fix his failed marriage and regretful feelings, his car seller friend is funny. This book was great for me because the dialogue and storytelling was just like being talked to. I did read reviews on She's Come Undone and many were surprised to find it was written by a man. Wally's books do have a dreadfulness about them and resolution is a premium so if this is not your type of read then these books are probably not for you. But for someone that can really relate then it offers a whole different experience. What is your pick? Any old AND new ones? Any thoughts on the book club?
