In what way you ease yourself under high stress?

We are facing more and more competitions either from study or from works nowadays.Pychological problems catch great attentions among this society.Buying a house for marriage in city,exerting to not lose current job of high salary and keeping to disguise oneself in front of colleagues to make us safe etc,we feel so tired and exhausted indeed. We do want to escape but we have to live and continue this kind of life.Anyhow, we should find a method to dispose of our dissatisfactions to avoid any mental diseases. 1.Fill up our stomach by continuous eating more than usual. 2.Share with our closest friends immediately. 3.Go shopping. 4.Talking online with strangers. 5.Stay in your own room and refuse to talk to anyone. 6... Looking forward to your complements!

Hi Crystalxdr, you are right, the more progressive the society the more competitions we have to face daily. So definitely we are bound to have stress and pressure if we are to continue to live in this modern world. Ways of releasing tensions are different for different people. I prefer to have outdoor activities like swimming or mountain hiking in a nearby country weekly to get myself relieved from tension. Nature really has a wonderful healing effect.
