What is above all ?

All of us think about anything above us when we think about us. Like in a class we think he has good mark than us and he is above all. In the same manner .... I have to ask you " What is above all in this world ?" Is there anything who is controling all this movement of this world without any mistakes.....or these things are natural. So many times I get confuse of these things....So lets discuss..... I will give my thinking too...but later !!
