Pond scum also comes from people throwing things into the water and the area of a pond not being looked after properly.

O really, see I did not know that. Wow that is sick, how the pond looks a lot of times. Who would want to swim in a pond?

By pond scum, you mean the green gunk/algae that floats on top of ponds? Well, those are sort of like land weeds, but for water. How do they appear? I'm not actually sure. However, I do know they reproduce asexually.

Aw man thats yucky. Yea thanks, It is amazing how the nature evolves. How things are always constantly reproducing something.
