Bad Internet experience

I was a member of this web site forum. It was a small forum with about 200 members of which only about 50 ever wrote anything and about 10 were regular. Most of the people knew each other (as they come from the same city) I am married to a man from that city. Anyway I joined in 2003 and I have been a moderator for over 3 years. I was there every day fixing things. I was more active than the admin and worked hard for the forum. Anyway few months ago the Admin started talking on the forum and private about this other member which was her real life friend as well. Things got out of hand and we all tried to stop it but didnt do any good. I found out that the other member was right and the admin was totaly in the wrong. Than I found out that she has been saying nusty things about me and posting my posts that were in the closed part to other people and she also put photos of my boy on the open forum (I never allowed this). Anyway I told her that I wanted my posts delited from the forum as I was living. I started doing so my self and as I knew she would stop this I cleaned all the photos and things I didnt want to be available to all. Sure enough she did stop me. And I told her 10 times to delite all of my things as noone can change anything because she decided that. So I stoped going there but recently I found out that she wrote some nusty things about me and few others. GROW UP that is all I want to say but I will never go to her level. Do you have any bad experience on the internet?

I found my ex wifes online diary where she said some really nasty stuff about me. We have several of the same aquantances & friends so they could have all been seeing it. Of course I printed copies of all her lies & deceptions to use against her if we ever go into court over custody again.

oh well poor judgement on her behalf and I bet she didnt get out of it what she was expecting

I suppose we just have to come across people like this and we just cannot understand them sometimes.
Sometimes we have friends that can become great colleagues and/or business partners, and yet there are times you just can choose either one only. I do not know the reason nor the rationale behind this but I assume it is because all of us have a split personality syndrome where although we have the ability to adapt to different environments, we are at the same time changing our operandi mode be it sub consciously or consciously. There again I suppose that's reality and human imperfection for us here.
