I wish my 'e' key worked better! And the 'w'!

Time to gt a new keyboard, do you think, or should I just type slower? See how many of my discussions and responses have the letter 'e' or 'w' missing from words! Do you have this problem and cling stubbornly to old equipment or habits? Is it just me?

Oh I do this all the time, not due to the equipment but I think more that my brain is responding to discussion quicker than my fingers type. LOL. Its more embarrassing when all these missed letters are in the title of the discussion which I have achieved many a time. Ellie :D

What kind of keyboard do you have? One of those cheap unbranded ones or an expensive model?

Seeing as e is the most common letter of the alphabet I'd say you definitely need a new keyboard! w you could get away with and use a v instead! Pretend your German. I get frustrated when this happens, usually it's my spacebar that's the first to go wrong on my keyboard and that is infuriating. A new keyboard is about £20 which is well worth it for the amount of time I spend on the computer, besides a month on Mylot and it pays for a new keyboard!

Definately time to get a new keyboard. My old keyboard had a similar problem and it drove me bananas!

You might just have something in those keys, either a crumb or a sticky spot. Have you removed the keys and cleaned the keyboard out recently?
