What do you love/hate most about your pastor?

Dialogue is always a welcome treat every step of the way. But it hurts too. It makes the truth come into the fore. How about sharing your thoughts about the comportment of your pastors.
What do you love about them?
WHat do you hate about them?

My pastor is a great guy who has some wonderful ideas and who has always been there for my family when we needed him. I'm Presbyterian. Unfortunately, when I asked him to participate in my wedding carimony (I married a Mormon) he said he couldn't do it because it was "heretical." What ever happened to "udge not, lest ye be judged?"

Hi DanishCanadian,
I was wondering if your pastor did try to explain why a marriage ceremony such as yours would be deemed 'heretical'. You see, in churches, they set certain parameters in inter-religious or mixed marriage. I am not sure if your marriage falls into some kind of like this. But it really is unfortunate if your pastor wasn't able to fully explicate the reasons surrounding the impediments of your marriage. Did he even bother to explain?
If not, that be sad? :(
