I like vegetables for both reasons. There are vegetables that really appeal to me like cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, and green bell pepper. There are also vegetable that no matter how nutritious and medicinal they can get, I don't eat them because I can't stand their taste like Ampalaya which is too bitter. But ocassionally, I eat Ampalaya when the cooking is well done and the bitterness is reduced.

I like all kinds of vegetables and that is why I eat them. I like both cooked vegetables and raw vegetables. cooked vegetables I eat for taste while raw vegetables I eat for taste as well as health. Now a days I am eating lot of raw cabbage. I have read in benefits of cabbage that it can absorb extra sugar from your body and that reduces chances of diabetes and we all know very well, that diabetes is root cause of many other dangerous disease. So if you are not eating cabbage, you better start.........

I am lucky because I like fresh fruit and vegetables for their taste. And of course since I have learned how good they are I have no trouble eating them. I guess I was encoded with the taste because my mother always made a very colorful plate and made me eat my veggies. Of course we have now learned just how good veggies are and the more colorful the better.

Mainly for health reasons. I don't have a big taste for some of them. I do like asparagus and broccoli dipped in peanut butter. Carrots are good when their raw and on an empty stomach. Tomatoes are one of my favorites. Even though a lot of people say they're fruits. Radishes and olives-those I can't stand. I'm curious about eggplant, though. Is that any good? My favorite vegetable is chocolate. Heh heh heh.

I usually try to eat healthy and varied foods. Luckily, I love the taste of veggies and eat them all the time. I'm vegetarian and make lots of different meals filled with veggies...stir fry, stews, casseroles, veggie burgers, veggie loaf, pasta with tomato sauce and I also have a salad every day.

I love the taste of most vegis. The health benifits are a great plus too though. I like the idea of enjoying eating and staying healthy. Now I just need to not put salt or butter on them all the time and I will be a lot better off.

I would have to say taste and because they are healthy..Vegetables offer alot of vitamins...Eating vegetables make me feel better too! When I was a kid I loved peas, but now they are considered a bread instead of a vegetable...and now I enjoy green beans...
