Who will be the 2008 National League MVP?

As a loyal Philadelphia Phillies fan, I can't help but think that Chase Utley has a chance to bring the MVP Trophy to Philly for a 3rd straight year. As the 2008 season looms, who do you think will be the MVP?

Early on in the season, I was thinking that Chase Utley had a good chance of being MVP but now Ryan Howard is the favorite to win MVP due to his late season surge. He single handedly carried the Phillies to the playoffs. Howards numbers are amazing for someone that strikes out a lot and has a low batting average. He knocked in a lot of runs and home runs. Hopefully the Phillies will make a good offer to him.

Yeah Chase was hot at first, Ryan Howard is deffinatly a threat at the plate. Dustin Padroyer, or YOOOOOOOOOOUK for AL MVP
