Can anyone give any advice about getting a nice digital on the lower price. I would like one where you can put different attachments to it. Like zooming and flashes and other things. Any aadvice would be helpful!

You can get rather good cameras at a cheaper price these does and most already have zoom x 3 and flash, but it is when you start wanting a huge zoom and more pixels that the price starts going up and of course if you want a camera that you can change the zoom lenses and such then the price seems to go up...I think in the lower bracket they are much the same really but try and get one with at least 7 pixels if you can, more if possible...and make sure if it has a movie mode make sure it has sound as well, I believe some don't, I don't know why they wouldn't but that is what i have been told...good luck...

Well, there is always a price for anything extra on a digital camera. A basic digicam comes with a 6 or 7 mp and 3X zoom. However, any extra feature like longer zooms, hotshoe for flash, anti-shake and so on will burn a hole in your pocket. However, you can still look around in Amazon.com where there are many used digicams for sale. 'Used' here can mean anywhere from a few weeks to a few years. Define you search. Many hobbyists turn professional prefer DSLR, so you will definitely manage to get a good camera with a lower price!
