Which is better, Paypal or Alertpay?

I currently have Paypal, but I have seen an increasing number of sites using Alertpay as well as paypal, and some that only use Alertpay. What is so good about Alertpay? Is it as good as Paypal?

I have both accounts and there is nothing different about them they both work the same way vise versa.. Alot of sites have gone to alert pay because paypal doesn't want to do business with many sites or at least that is what I am thinking... I do believe Pay pal has lost alot of business cause of it.. I do believe Alert pay is based out of Canada and paypal is based out of the US... that's really the only difference!
