If you could have breast reduction or enlargement free of charge would you?

I definately would not. Hopefully besides childbirth noone will ever cut me, or anything of that nature. I do not need no unnecessary pain. I suppose that this is definately a discussion for the ladies. Let's hope so! But given the oppurtuntunity would you have either of these done? Which one and Why?
