Spend your valuable time to your website publicity rather than going for a ptc referral. If you cant make a site then start some blogs and start ad business like adsense. Then work with that regularly by updating post and campaign your site. First couple of months you will not get any profit that normal but after that you will start getting profit and this is permanent profit. Most of the ptc sites are not real and scam. they just go away after they got their goals. I was working those ptc sites before, but hardly making around 50 dollar per month.
