Just check
1. whether right printer is installed
2. whether right printer is selected
3. whether a test print is taken
4. whether printer works normal, when print command is given from WORD, or any other program files.
5. Check whether print head is working
6. check whether printer's CD/Floppy should be inserted to install the printer
