Daily i walk a minimum of 2to 3kms as a morning walk.I think daily walking some hours in the morning is good for our health and it keeps our body fit.

I don't know how to convert to meters but I walk a minimum of two miles a day but most days a lot more. I walk to and from my sons school twice and will always walk down to the town but catch a bus back up if running low on time. I will only use the car for a heavy weekly shop or if I need to for work. I would walk a lot more if I had more time in which to do so. Ellie :D

I always try my best to walk for at least twenty minutes continuously and jog for ten minutes everyday in week days. I hope by doing this could keep myself fit and healthy. But I don’t know exactly how many kilometers I have walk. I think I should find it out later. I prefer walking short distance instead of taking a drive. I think this is a way to save some petrol besides to exercise my legs.

well i think i walk several kilometres a day. i walk about a kilometre to the train station in the morning. then i walk another 500 metres to my workplace. in the evening, i repeat the process. so that's about 3 kilometres already. take into consideration the walking i do when i go for lunch, i'll say i walk about 4 kilometres on an average day. cheers ;p
