Taking the step to loose weight is a big decision. Its a step that you have to dedicate yourself to and can be difficult. Which when I took the step of loosing weight I was afraid of difficulties but luckily I got on a program called Six Week Body Makeover. Its a wonderful plan that is provided for you. I lost 15 lbs in 8 weeks. The program you will answer questions and then it caclulates your body type and directs you to whatever meal plan that your body type matches. It works I Promise. Good Luck and always think positive.

you got the same problem with me, sweetie. i also try how to figure to have the best diet so the diet would work successfully. however please bear on ind that any diet would work only if you have strong will to do that. so far the best diet that ever worked out for me is carbohydrate diet. just make less the consumption of carbohydrate and more consuming in fibres whic we can get from any vegetables. one more hing, its also good to do to avoid dinner. if you feel hunngry when dinner time comes, it would be better to replcae it ith eat apples

It feels like I have tried every diet imaginable, lol. Some diets work really well for some people and for others they don't. My doctor told me that the high protein/low carb diets aren't good for you. This is what I have done and it may help. Just remember that exercise is also crucial, even if you start off with 15 minutes and work your way up. I enjoy walking the most. I started off my diet with a kick start called the Three Day Diet...you can lose up to 10 pounds if you stick with it and exercise. It is located at http://www.webmd.com/diet/the-3-day-diet. It is really encouraging to get those first ten pounds gone. I also cut out drinking soda, even diet, and switched to water and iced tea. The only sweetner I use is Splenda since it doesn't have asperatine in it. After the three day diet I have been sticking to the U.S. Government Food pyamid. I also take a daily fiber supplement, since I know my fiber intake is low. Another site that I found really is helping me is http://www.sparkpeople.com They have a great support network, tips, and easy exercise videos. I hope this works for you and if you want a buddy, I will be there all I can.

One very important thing in dieting is discipline. For me, it doesn't matter what kind of dieting you use as long as you don't make any excuse in doing so. Another important thing is you should never skip meals, it slowers your metabolism and food won't be easily digested. Have a good and substantial breakfast, too. And in the middle of the day, cut down carbohydrates. I was very fat before. I had a status of Obesity when I was in college and I am happy now that my weight is within normal range. I hope to maintain it.

Ive been small...and larger!!!...no matter what i do i aw=lways seem to put the weight back on!!...i just think its my natural way!! I havent dieted for a very long time now...the reason being im into my 50s and i think sometimes if youre mature it can really show on you if you lose too much weight..the body isnt so elastic...and nothing goes back in the same way!!! So ive decided for the near future to leave myself as i am!! But the best of luck with your plans x
