If the malodor is dental in origin and not from the stomach or other sources, these might be of help.
While brushing, make sure that you remove the dentures first. Clean every surface of every tooth (This is extremely important). Clean the cheek mucosa, palate, and tongue as well. Do the flossing and you may use interdental brush as well. After that, using a soft-bristled toothbrush, clean every surfaces of the denture. Usually dentists say that we could clean them with the aid of dishwashing liquid soap with antibacterial effect. If there is severe malodor, and discoloration on the denture, you should soak it in Hydrogen peroxide as it will help to sanitize it, remove the odor, remove the discoloration, and remove any other hard deposits or calculus that may have developed on any surface of the denture. As compared to other commercial products, hydrogen peroxide can effectively get rid of any dirt faster and can sanitize the denture better. And it is actually a cheaper, yet a very effective way. Make your denture clean everytime. Clean not just the surfaces that can be seen when you smile but also the underside.
Hope this can help. Keep us updated.

There is nothing much you can do to rectify the floss problem. Have regular mouth wash which you are doing that alone can help you out. I did suffer from that problem and i was unable to do anything except to breathe it. Gosh
