Optimistic or pessimistic

What kind of person you are, optimistic or pessimistic? I am an optimistic person, even if i have my moments of weakness when i feel being somewhere down, but most of time i am an open mind person. I truly believe that if your thoughts are good the things go well (this work even in disease - if you have trust the cure is possible).

well somehow i kind of optimistic.. and tend to forget about the bad things and eventually forgive those who made mistakes, i don't want keep hatred to anyone... it just makes me more depress and irritated. that is why i try to control my self...

Good for you! I believe that if you can control yourself that will make more angry that person who irritated you.

I feel as if I'm a naturally pessimistic person, and I usually expect things to turn out wrong. (I suppose the benefit of this is that when they don't, I get a nice surprise!) I don't know why I'm like this, I suppose I've had some bad things happen in my life but so has everybody else. I'm glad to hear that you're an optimistic person and I would really love to be able to change to become more optimistic. Do you think it's possible to change yourself from a pessimistic to optimistic person?

I don't know if it is possible to change a pessimistic person to an optimistic person, i always was an optimistic, i believe that people are birthing with this or not. However, the changing it have to come from everybody. You only have to wish to become an optimistic and try to be so. I can't assure you that you will succeed but i hope so.

I am most of the time a pestimest. I usally see the bad in stuff and im rarely ever positive. I do that because so I wont get dissapointed. Like when my favorite sport team is playing I usally say watch them loose and when they do loose im not that dissapointed because I knew they would loose. But I have to start beleaving in myself and not be so pestimistic.
