I don't understand why we as human beings love animals but yet still gut them and gobble them up. Please inform.

Most people would rather live without knowing the cruelty they participate in. People are very selfish! It is very easy to educate oneself regarding the factory farming and all the neglect, abuse, and disease that occurs in this industry, but it's also very easy to look away and do nothing about it.

Well, if I know who killed the animal, I cannot eat it. Same with if I have seen the animal alive before it is killed. I don't like the thought of eating meat, but I still do. I tried becoming a vegetarian and it only lasted about one month. The reason for this was because my health was affected. I ate tofu, beans, and every other meat substitute that I could find, but it just wasn't replacing the meat in the way that my body needed. I started feeling sick and weak, so decided that my health is more important. I'm assuming you are a vegetarian, and I appluad you for your choice.
