Just what it says..How do you handle the stress of a bad day? Take a bath? Go to bed? LOL..drink a bottle of wine? Todays coping for me was to drink a few glasses of wine. I'm not a heavy drinker, but it sure made me feel better :)

If I have a bad day, I wouldn't speak to anyone for that whole day. I will rather prefer to be left alone, going for a movie and after the movie, straight back home to my bed. But sometimes if there's someone there to hear out my problems, it will be good as I get to share it and release all the pressure.

Ya, I agree. But I think it depends on the situation. Sometimes it's good to talk to others, but sometimes it's better to keep it to yourself, unless you find someone you accountable for.

It's hard to tell what I do when I have a bad day... I guess it really depends on how bad it actually was. I mean, if I just found out some horrible news and anything and everything that could've gone wrong that day did, I would go home, clean, clean, clean, and drink a few. I actually at some points have to take my kids outside and run around and play until I forget. I distract myself at all costs necessary. Anything to forget about the day I just had. That's just me though!

Depends on the situation. If it was really bad I go excercise. If it was just annoying I forget it. Working out helps stress levels.

It all depends on the sort of bad day...sometimes i need to call my grandma or best friend and tell them about it to feel better, other times i just need to be alone with a book and a nice hot bubble bath and life is better. Walks always help too

I agree..Sometimes talking helps immensley..and sometimes being by yourself and mulling it over helps better. Just depends on what the bad day was about I think. Thank You for your response :)
