Is chocolate good for health? A little of chocolate every day is good for health in my opinion but not to much becouse of sugar. The bitter chocolate is better then milk chocolate for health. I love chocolate very much but I'm diabetic so I can't. Even there is kind's of chocolate that are with no add sugar but also without teast.

Choclates, Yummy yummy. I dont like all choclates but love choclates like Dairy Milk. Infact I read recently, that choclates are best medicine to releive stress. As I have low sugar, I am supposed to have choclates with me regularly. And I do have a few and take a bite when I feel a bit out of the way.

I love chocolate simply of the original taste it gives. With the many variety and ways in which chocolate can be used in food, we have a diversity in which to enjoy chocolate-drinks, candies, cakes, etc. For this reason that I love chocolate. Also, being a food scientist, i know the health benefits of chocolate. However one has to think of what kind of chocolate he/she is eating. All the nutrients in a dark chocolate are good for one's health. What is not good to our health when we eat chocolate are the added other ingredients such as sugar, milk, butterfat, cream, etc. But with chocolate when eaten in moderation, is beneficial to one's health in many ways. It perks up my energy when I eat a piece of chocolate after a meal. It was said to relax us and with the many antioxidants it contain, it helps our body to fight off some diseases. Some good benefits of chocolate can be seen in: http://www.immunesupport.com/library/showarticle.cfm/ID/3464/ http://annamariavolpi.com/chocolate01.html
