Bye bye stars, hello emptyness, I think I need to write!

So I have been busy making sure that my rating stars are shining brightly as we get closer to the end of the rewardathon.
Thankfully I have managed to get five bright yellow stars. Only when I logged in today to check my earnings and have a look around I see that I have lost one of my writing stars!
So it looks like I am off to play a few games of leapfrog!

How many postings do you have there? I only have 3 but my wife has like 49, she has some #1 articles but still does not have any writing stars. How many postings did you do there before getting a writing star? Sorry I know I am a bit off topic, but since you have writing stars I thought you might be a good person to ask.

You have to have at least 4 articles ranked in the top 75 th percentile. I wrote a couple bombers, so I had 9 articles published before I earned my first star. I had to submit a new one to get it back, after one article dropped lower in ratings. I now have 11, working towards my next blue twinkle.
My mom on the other hand, has 30 or more on there and most of them ranked pretty high, she has two stars.

Same thing happened to me last week, but I got busy leaping, and submitted two new articles...and "twinkle twinkle little blue star" It returned!!!Just keep plugging away, it will come to you!

Thanks for the encouraging words. I have been busy leapfroging however so far none of the articles have moved an inch!
The worst part is I have read some of the various articles that are ranked better than mine and I am just amazed (or rather appalled)
Fingers crossed that little blue star will be shining brightly again soon enough

Wow 4 writing stars, very impressive! Well done you.
It certainly is a juggling act to keep on top of it all. I have written a few crap articles though so I guess I deserve it. Nothing like keeping the bar high
