For those that dont know earth hour started last year in Sydney Australia and they turn off all electricity for 1 hour from 8pm-9pm last year was the first time. This year some 6 million Australian people did it and people all over the world joined. What we did last night was we had 10 friends over with their kids so instead of 6 houses using electricity only 1 house did. Considering they stayed from 7pm till 1 that is lots of electricity saved. Next year we will probably have something that is better organised. Did you do something special for Earth hour?
