When eating out...

and you see people who do not have table manners, how do you react? I often eat out and I have seen a lot of people who do not have table manners. For instance, I have seen people who burp their hearts out without even covering their mouth or without even saying "Excuse me". I also have seen people who talk while their mouth is full. Sometimes, I just keep my reaction to myself especially when eating alone. When I am with my girlfriend or some other friends though, I can't help but tell them how I feel about what I see. How about you?

I'm not their mama. Even though I think another person's manners are lacking, it's not my place to correct them. If it bothers you a lot, you could possibly sit somewhere else.

I understand what you mean ma'am. Don't get me wrong, I do not tell the person involved how I feel about what they do. I just tell how disgusted I am to my companions. thanks for the response!

I have seen so many people with nasty table manners also. I will comment to my husband or someone, but not loud enough for anyone else to hear. I guess I feel like they should know how to act, so I shouldn't have to tel them.

I am very frank and transparent about how I feel. There are even instances when I end up being tactless. But I will never really go to the extent of telling these strangers how I feel about what they do. I have seen people who lack table manners and I really find them disgusting! Just like you, when I am alone, I just keep it to myself. But when I have companions and they also saw what happened I can't help but express how I feel. If it is one of my companions who forgets about their table manners, I remind them about it.
