I have used the mic for a while now and suddenly when I wanted to record some sound fro m a few days ago and it doesn work. I do not think it's the mic's problem because I got two and both doesnt work, and I made some small research online and heard it could be hard driver? Do someone know what might caused it? I would want to know what happened and if it's possible to fix it.

You might have accidentally muted the microphone input. Go to Start Control Panel Sounds and Audio Devices and make sure the settings are right.. If possible, reset them to default.. Or try the microphone setup wizard. If you have no success, then it must be a driver problem.. Reinstall it or contact the company for a replacement..

yes, I have checked the settings in control panel and it seems normal and I have not edited anything from there before. I am thinking it's the driver problem too ^^, Reinstall? I do not have the cd, because my lap top was installed with everything when I bought it XD

I don't thinks its the sound card driver since you could still hear the music on media player, you've probably plug your mic on the wrong socket, normally its pink or if its all black, try plugging it on the other. Try also jerking the plug as you insert it, if you could hear some audible sound then your mic is working. Check also your mic's wiring for cuts or worn out bends specially near the plug ends.

I dont think that's the problem... because I am using a lap top and it already have a mic in the laptop, and that one doesnt work either ^^,
