I just can't hold it! I am having a back pain now, shoulders are seemingly heavy, and some muscle pains in my neck area just at the back of my ears. Whew!
They say, I am just stressed out. I don't know. How do you relieve these pains? Please share me your first aide tips.
Thank you for your help!2 people like this

if i feel pain in my body, i call or i go to the "hilot" he or she massage the body part with pain. he/she use oil, or baby oil or coconut oil. but on the first time i feel it, i just stress out, same as you do.

whenever i had a back pains due to stress, work wrong sitting postures or some other reasons i usually make myself lie down straight in bed and make myself relax and if the pain is worst i take myself to a nice massage in a neighbor to my favorite old lola- not really my grandmother but still i called her lola as a respect. She is a manghihilot you know like a quack doctor. It really nice as it relax me after massage. Or sometimes i just put a linament on my back just to kill the pain and have a sooting feeling and it's relaxing and in the morning after i do some stretching and try not to slouch on the chair and have a proper sitting postures.

You know, if you haven't actually injured your back then it could be sore because of being stressed. I think that's how it started out with me and then eventually I did hurt it by overdoing it.
You need to get it checked out first just incase you haven't injured or pulled something. I hurt my lower back late 2006 and found out I had a herniated disc. I had to have x-rays and an MRI done to determine that. Instead of opting for surgery, I went for physio and that helped me tremendously along with pain killers that were prescribed by my doctor.
I don't have any bad ache now except if I slouch then I can feel a tingle at the bottom of my back.

I see that others have suggested this so, I will just be another one but, I wanted to chime in. I go to a Chiropractor once a month for regular adjustments. It really does help. My Dad is a Chiropractor so, I grew up with Chiropractic care. My Dad isn't my Chiro anymore as we live in different states but, it helps that I grew up with it. Anyway, I get migraines now and then. Not as often but, it still happens. And, I had one for 3 days before I went to see my chiro. I was in so much pain that I actually cried while he was working on me. Part of it was because migraines bring a lot of emotion out too because they are such a burden. So, he adjusted me and within 5 minutes, my pain went away. I had been in pain for 3 days and nothing else worked. Not an ice pack. Not pain relievers. Not even a nice massage from my hubby. It was a spinal problem and, once my Chiro adjusted my spine and got it back to where it was supposed to be, I was fine. So, do consider seeing one.
And, you might consider getting off of the computer for a little while as the position you are in might be lending itself to the pain you are in.
Take care and I hope you get to feeling better soon!
