Wow, so I just got back from a Mary Kay career conference in Bellevue, WA. It was AWESOME and SO MOTIVATING! I am SO ready to work and make my dreams come true. I saw WOMEN who are National Sales Directors and they are earning like 8 Mil a YEAR! They wear literally suites incrusted with some jewels or diamonds. It's SO freaking sparklely. It's nice. I LOVE IT!! So I have made my goals: I want to make Red Jacket by the end of June. This means I will need to have THREE active team members in my team. Also, I want to make Director by the end of this year! Those are my goals! Mary Kay has SO much going on now. It's just awesome! We have launched a new line in March.
