Whatever one does in one's life, it must be perfect. One should know the work perfect. Knowing little one cannot achieve perfection. A mechanic not fully trained cannot be allowed to handle a sophisticated machinery. One must learn thoroughly well and then apply one's knowledge in that field. Results are bound to be satisfactory. Have you experienced dangers of having half-learnt persons?

At our office meetings, lot of people are invited to participate. The agenda usually consists of more than 25 itmems and while discussing these items, many members who are not fully aware of the subject matter, so on give suggestions which the chair cannot accept because it lacks application of thought. Probably I can use this proverb to those people who are not prepared fully for the meeting, talk some nonsense and make fun of themselves.

I get some computer service engineers to my place to set right the problem. Even after explaining the problem they cannot detect the problem. They bring some spares from the office and go on do trial and error. This is probably due to half knowledge, they just cannot fix the problem. They are very dangerous. Thanks for your response.

Why not teachers? If they have half knowledge it is dangerous because they are going to teach the children. Thanks for your response. Please make your response descriptive.
