I attended more than 120 interviews six months back. I have learned alot in those. First time i feel shy n nervous, to this problem i was not selected in any office. Then i learned my self how to react before the H.R(recruiter), first we must look at his face. You must look as a confident person. U don't mind wheather u r answer to his query is correct or not. But u r face reveals the gulity look or ur confidence. If u r confident then he got some good impression upon u and he selects u for the next round. Once you select the H.R round then most of the interview is over. U must be smart and confident and ur dress appearence way of speech must be good. U must prepare well to the interview, u must reach half an hour to the place. U r response must be simple and suitable. Ur eyes must be straight and confident. U must enter the hr room with a smile and greet him. Do well after selecting in hr thre must be some brain tests. Most of the big organizations are using HTTP://WWW. TICKLE.COM please visit this site and take some tests the questions will be in this site only. U must take some tests iq and superiq, then u will be surely qualified of that organization.
All the best.

You shouldn't have to be prepared. Just believe in yourself and be honest with the questions they ask. If you have to hesitate for a second or two who cares that means you are thinking of how to say your answer. Being too prepared means you are putting too much thought into what they think of you. Not being prepared means the answers are coming from the heart on the spot and they should appreciate that rather than sounding like a robot reading a cue card when you answer them!!

apart from knowledge a interviwer will check for your personal skills, like communication ,ur attitude and ur spontinity.each and every reaction will be noted.in a interview never be hesitant,be confidant..look in the eyes but dont littraliy stare...never keep your hands togather, keep them away and sit straight, the intreviewer will be a qualified HR and will see your body language too.dont sit until said, knock while you entre, give a firm handshake, dont beat around the bush be to the point, dont lie ..u will be caught,be relaxed andplease when asked ,'do you have any questions?'...please answer yes.convince him that you are there for the company not for money only.its good to go with a research of the company you are going to,be upto date and keep market trends in mind.
they test our common sense and presence of mind...and if its a stress interview be a bit loud and clear not afraid.

I don't know if there is a good way to be prepared as every interview is different. Go in and be yourself. If you have to hesitate that is okay. It is better to give a well constructed answer than one that may make you look like a fool.
