I suggest you, you should make more comic and ask your friends to read it and ask them how the comic story and drawing quality from their observation. If you already sure with your work, then find publication company, the small one or if you're really confident with it then find the famous publication company. Anyway, the result depends one you, at first usually they will not accept you, but if you can improve your comic quality, i think there's no prob... gud luck to be a comic artist!
