A highly nutritious but bad tasting food or the good tasting food with no nutrients at all?

Good tasting, definitely. I don't like bad tasting foods (who does?) so I'd rather take my chances with my health as long as I can enjoy myself when I eat. The best situation would be a food that's healthy and tasty, but if I have to choose, I'll go with taste.

I get it, even if you get nothing out of it, at least it tasted good, right?

I'm not really into nutritious foods. It's apparent on my physical appearance--I'm into the appearance (or preparation) and the taste. I first consider the appearance of foods. If it looks delicious, and it's the first time I'll taste it, I'll give it a try. I'll first smell it. If it smells bad, I'll immediately push it away. If it smells good, I'll taste it. Then, here comes the tasting part. If I'm satisfied with the taste, even though if it's nutritious or not, then, I'll eat all of it. If it doesn't, apparently, I'll shove it to the kitchen sink, brutally. I'm really emphatic on what I don't want and what I want. That way, I could make them see that I don't want this kind of food so they don't have to cook it again--or they should change some ingredients to make it taste better.

I think most people in this socity in this age are prefer the food with good tasting but have no nutrients . But we should change our habit of drink and food. Things with highly nutrious but no so good tast is important for our life.

Tough question. Maybe I just eat at least once a week of that bad tasting food so that at least in a week my body can absorb proper nutrients. But I think there are some ingredients you can substitute in order for the food to taste good without loosing the nutrients it had.
