Along came a spider....

A spider must have tried to make love to me last night because I was totally DEVOURED by a spider! I have at least SIX bites - THREE of which are in the "undies area!" It seems like I'm finding new ones all the time. They range in size from a few millimeters to the size of a quarter! AND THEY ITCH LIKE CRAZY! The large ones have a little pus-filled center, and they're all a dark redish-purple. (How the HECK did a spider find it's way into my undies?! That is NOT a pleasant place to have itchy spider bites!)
Any suggestions on what I can do about this?

Is the size of a quaarter not rather big for a normal spider bite? I feel you should get it checked our because either this was a poisonous spider, or you have reacted badly to the bites. Either way, a visit to your doctor is advisable. Dark purple is not good either; it sounds as though your blood has been poisoned somehow. They sound like Meningitis spots, but I don't think they're itchy.
Brightest Blessings.

Yeah, the coloring is the reason I'm most concerned. The ones on my back are lighter colored than the ones on the lower half of my body. They itch just as bad though. I'm going to watch them, and if they change or anything bad looking, I'll go to the Dr.

Oh no! That sounds terrible. I am so sorry. That would be the worst. Sounds like you got bit by a poisious (I dont' think I spelled that right) spider or you're having some sort of allergic reaction to the bites. The size of a quarter is big and the coloring doesn't sound good. Have you tried any anti-itch creams? That might provide some temporary relief. You might also want to call your doctor.
