Hands down, they have (in general) got to be the best cooks. It amazes me how they use basic staples and create such wonderful, different dishes.

I have a friend who is Italian and it's so much fun watching her cook and smell the garlic and other spices she uses. Another friend speaks Italian to the girls he dates to show how special they are.

I think that they are romantic and full of culture. That is at least how the Italian man from Italy that my Aunt is engaged to is like. He is so funny and warm and a pleasure to be around and the accent is so wonderful I could listen to hours.
