well I am addicted to 7th Heaven and One Tree Hill on the "cw" formally the wb, I have been following One Tree Hill for about 3 years so I guess since it started and 7th Heaven about 7 or 8 years, I reccomend both, Im also a fan of Law & Order, The First 48, Intervention, & Dog the bounty hunter

For me, it is a toss up between CSI, NICS and Law & Order, CI. I love all three and never miss them.
